Once you have an idea of how much you are willing to spend you then need to pick an Agent and it is important to point out at this stage that for the best, impartial advice you should always pick an independent agent. These are the ones who are not focusing on a particular location, builder or development but have a wide range of properties across the whole of your chosen area. Apart from impartial advice you will also get the largest variety of homes to choose from.
