If you see any of the properties shown on our website advertised for less elsewhere we will match that price - always of course subject to confirmation by the seller that the lower advertised price is correct.
It is quite common for sellers to not always tell every agent when they have reduced the price so if you do see a property advertised for less elsewhere then please just drop us a quick email via the Contact Us page saying where you have seen it advertised for less or give us a call and we will confirm the correct price for you.
Having said that, the vast majority of vendors are quite willing to negotiate sales prices to one extent or another so we will always assist you to get the best price possible.
