Just near the border in Murcia is this Country House accessed via a tarmac road with 6 bedrooms which could easily be split into two individual dwellings if required or kept as one large house.

The main town of Puerto Lumbreras has all facilities available, including medical centre (emergency medical 24 hours a day), weekly market, public outdoor swimming pool (during the summer months) leisure centre with indoor pool, banks, schools, numerous bars and restaurants all only 7 minutes drive away with access via tarmac roads.   The town of Lorca is a short drive away with a large newly built commercial centre, showing English language films weekly.  The main hospital is a short drive away.  There are various beaches within 40 minutes drive.

Its worth noting that this house is attached to another house but as its an original stone construction the dividing wall is very thick.  This house has not been occupied for the last 10 years and there is no sign of this situation changing.
