This is a very complete house for all seasons and ideal for entertaining family and friends in the wonderfully well laid out garden and pool areas.  The quality of the build is certainly some of the best and with the main town of Partaloa within walking distance its ideally located either as a permanent home in Spain or for some great holidays.  Its also handy to know there are neighbours nearby (but not on top of you) who can water the garden and keep an eye on the place when you are not there which all gives added security although both the house and garage are covered by an alarm system.
 
It is obviously that this is a much loved and well looked after villa and is well worth viewing.
