Although our primary business in the past has been Cortijos for reforming or land for building from scratch we now actually sell more New Villas. For these we tend to focus on those villas that are being built in small groups rather than the large urbanizaciones as we find that many of our clients are looking to be located away from the holiday crowds. However there is now an increasing demand amongst our clients for the more 'holiday' or 'investment' type of property - that is to say the Apartments, Town Houses and Villas situated on self contained 'Urbanizaciones' which can be near the Beach, on Golf courses or further inland in National Parks. These have the advantage of all amenities being close at hand, having communal pools and frequently with a full management facility to look after the property whilst you are away.
