Las SabinasR01428

Located in the village of Las Piedras and within easy reach of the small town of Santa Maria de Nieva is a small group of houses under the development name of 'Las Sabinas'

These are being built to a high standard and the first group of 6 is now fully sold out.    However alongside these they have now released a further 12 plots of which two were reserved in the first couple of weeks.

Design of the new villas is similar to the original Sabinas but they have added a further two models with a slightly different layout.   Prices now start at just 175.000 eurosPlot sizes are from 450 to 690 sqm

Las Sabinas is situated on the lower slopes of the surrounding mountains (although plots are levelled or terraced) which results in some wonderful views across the valley and around the area without being subjected to any tortuous mountain roads which I know can worry some clients (see photo of location).

The small town of Santa Maria has the essential facilities you would need including shop, doctor and school and is only about 5 mins drive away.  The larger town of Huercal Overa and the motorway access is a further 5 mins on.

Here is the standard 3 and 4 bedroom floor plans - there are two other optional designs on the following page.       Although these are fixed designs the builder is fairly flexible and can make minor changes for you as long as notified before building commences.............

NOTE:  At Las Sabinas the builder is now offering to build virtually any design of villa to your own requirements so you are not limited to just the designs shown here.  Please contact us for further information or perhaps take a look at our Villa Designs page for other ideas.
