Below the walled garden is a car park which can house approx 5/6 cars.

The land size is 936 square meters and the house is 218 square meters, not including the garage.

The house is on mains water and electric, however, there are also water deposits at the back of the house which hold 8,000 litres, which can be filled from the mains water and this feeds the house.

The house is 5 mins up a good gravel track from the main road.   The council are in the process of tarmacing the tracks, and therefore, this will be done at some point in the future.

The cooker, Fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer are included in the price and everything else is negotiable.

The house has been used as our family home during the winter and during the summer for holiday rentals brining in an income of approx 8,400 pounds per year.
