So you've found your plot or fallen down ruin and want to build that spanking new villa....Where do you start?

Well here is a selection of villa and house designs that we have pulled together from various builders and architects to give you a starting point.  So whether it be a country style house or a gleaming white villa I'm sure we can achieve it.

All of these can be modified to suit your own personal requirements so you end up with a property that exactly matches your dreams......and remember.......if you don't like any of these then bring along your own design and we will get an architect to create the final plans for you.

Please note that there are no prices against any of these designs as the overall cost will be dependent upon the plot chosen, the type of materials used and the amount of groundworks necessary (is it on a hill or the flat?).   We can always get you a quote for your chosen combination of plot and villa design.   Example prices for some of these designs can be found on the Urcal Villas page.

Please note that if rebuilding an old ruin it may be necessary to utilise any original structure that is still standing and as such you may not have total free reign over house design.  You may also be limited in build size dependent upon size of original ruin and amount of land.

It may also not be possible to rebuild single storey ruins as two storey.

We can put you in contact with suitable architects who can advise what will and will not be allowed by the town hall.  They can also modify any of the above designs to meet your needs more accurately and come up with an accurate build price..
