Casa Girona
This is the largest of the three villa designs and consists
of a 153 sqm ground floor providing the spacious living area and 3
bedrooms plus a 1st floor of a further 54 sqm
which as standard is left as a completely open space leading out on to the upstairs
terrace.
The upper floor can be adapted to suit your needs....either
divided into extra bedrooms and bathrooms, used as a studio or even converted into a separate
apartment with external stairs for independent access.
As if this was not enough space there is also the option to
have a basement of a further 160 sqm which can be used
as a garage, games room and even further living
accommodation. The options with this design are endless and the builder is willing
to adapt the layout to meet each clients individual needs.
The price for the standard build Casa Girona
is 276.000 euros located on any of the plots - either 5,000 sqm or 20,000
sqm. This is probably the best value for money of each of
these 3 designs.
 Casa Galicia
This design is basically the single
storey version of the Girona model above but as there is no internal staircase it
does allow for some of the bedrooms to be larger. As with the Girona there are 3
bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on this floor.
Once again you have the option to double the
amount of floor space by having a basement of 160 sqm - which can be very
cost effective.
For example to have a basement with double
security access doors, a garage door, 4 windows, floors and an internal staircase can cost
as little as 28.000 euros - well worth the extra cost!
The price of the standard Casa
Galicia is 269.500 euros on any of the plots.
Casa Segovia
This villa design is the smallest of the range at 115
sqm build but is still able to provide reasonably spacious 3 bedroom
and 2 bathroom accommodation.
As with all of these designs a number of further options can
be added including pools, security gates, airconditioning,
separate garages and extended terraces to mention just a
few.
The price for the standard Casa Segovia on
any of the plots is 256.000 euros.
