The following floor plans are ideas of typical layouts for the 2 and 3 bed villas.  However our architect will design whatever interior you require such as using the 3 bed shell and creating a larger 2 bed open plan interior.

Basically the choice is your's or you can just give our architect some ideas and he will come up with the most imaginative ideas possible.

Villas are priced by build area so as long as you stick to the standard shell the price should not vary much for a redesigned interior.
