Mezzanine Villas
Based around the 'Loft' principles of light and
bright open rooms with high ceilings and free flowing
living spaces these villas have been designed to make maximum use of all
available space within the property whilst also taking advantages of the wonderful views
all around.
The photo on the right gives an example of the type of design
with high ceilings and minimalist open staircases that just disappear into the room
instead of taking up valuable space. Note: this photo is not of the actual villas
but is just to give an example of the style.
However in these villa designs the mezzanine floor
is actually used for the master bedroom area, looking out over the main
living area through a huge arched window at the countryside beyond.
The living room itself also features a whole wall of
glass to maximise the view and benefit from the gorgeous Spanish sun which in
this area shines for 320 days a year.
 The other rooms such as Kitchen, Bathrooms and Guest Bedrooms are all
situated in the area below the mezzanine floor and as such are normal height rooms, but
once again the open-plan feel can also be incorporated here to whatever extent you
require.
The plans shown here have enclosed Bathrooms and Guest
Bedrooms but there is no reason why these should not become open plan to an extent and as
such the internal layout can be modified to suit your own needs - our architect will jump
at the chance to develop more imaginative interiors and the sky really is the limit.

Current designs are for 2 and 3 bedroom
models with prices starting at just 139.500 euros for the 2 bed and 149.500
euros for the 3 bed villa. The very low prices are possible as these villas
are being built on 2-300 m2 plots which although slightly smaller than some of the other
detached villas they still leave room for your own private pool and garden.
These villas are being built next to the very pleasant
village of Urcal which has the usual supermarket and bar/restaurants as
well as a school and medical facilities. The major town of Huercal Overa
and the motorway are just 5 mins drive away with the coast about 35 mins.
