 Las
Piedras Plots
Unfortunately the two original plots we had
at Las Piedras have now been sold but we do have a few other individual
plots in this same general area - but currently we are still waiting some photos.
The plots are located on the hillside - some with fantastic
views over the valley shown in the photo below.
On all plots you can have total free reign over the design
and style of house - whether it be a copy of an existing villa or plans that you have seen
elsewhere or even something you have dreamed up yourself.
We will employ the services of a local architect and builder
to work closely with you to turn your dreams into reality....normally within a 12 month
timescale.....and sometimes even quicker!
As can be seen from the photos Las Piedras
is located in some beautiful countryside yet you are not isolated here. There is a
smattering of other houses all around this area without being overcrowded and the nearest
shop is just 5 minutes down the road in Santa Maria de Nieva. 10 minutes further on
and you are in the main town of Huercal Overa and you also have access to the main A7
motorway to the coast and the rest of Spain.

is also in this same area and now the builder there is also offering to build houses to
