Las Brujas at
La Loma
Situated just 5 minutes north of Huercal Overa
with easy access to the motorway down to the coast or to
the airports lies the small country hamlet of La Loma
where you can have a villa built to your own design.
Here there are 7 large individual plots
located next to an old cortijo which is being reformed. The plots benefit from some
fantastic views, especially those on the eastern side which look directly over the valley
and towards the mountains beyond. Plot sizes vary from 910 m2 up to
1,177 m2.
It is becoming rarer to find large plots of Urban
land and as such this is a great opportunity to ensure that little bit more
privacy from your neighbours without having to go right out into the wilds of the
countryside. Obviously you have to pay a bit more for the extra land but its worth
it in the long run.
The large plots are also ideal for those looking to build a
more spacious house as the plots can easily take houses of 200 - 300m2 or
even more. However they are also suitable for those looking for a more modest home -
but with a good sized garden.
There are no fixed designs of villas here......you have total
control over the design process working closely with the architect to ensure you get
exactly the style of house you require.
Typical price for a 110 m2 villa with 3 bedrooms
is 220.000 euros on Plot 2 and 228.000 euros on the
remaining plots but please use these figures as a rough guideline as each individual villa
design will be quoted for according to size, complexity and quality of materials used.
If necessary the architect will design a home to fit within your specified budget.

As can be seen from the photos here and on the site layout page, this is an area with plenty of space and
open countryside and as the majority of the surrounding land is Rustic there should be no
problems with other houses being built to spoil the views.
However all services are close by, either in the small town
of Santa Maria de Nieva or the larger town of Huercal Overa which has everything you could
possibly need including a brand new hospital. Access is also good with a local
tarmac road running just to the left of the photo above.
