 
Located in the beautiful coastal village of San Juan de Los Terreros lies the sympathetically developed resort of Calas del Pinar. Built to recreate the style and atmosphere of an old Mediterranean town it fits well into it's surroundings. The San Juan de Los Terreros coastline is a mix of cliffs and headlands with small coves and crystal waters to the north and larger beaches to the south. Calas del Pinar is just a short walk from the old town and all the beaches (see aerial view below for actual location) and its slightly elevated position allows for sea views from the houses and the added advantage of mediterranean breezes to cool those hot summer afternoons. Although a developing area this location is a world apart from the high rise resorts further along the coast yet has all the amenities you might need for an enjoyable holiday or for a new life in Spain.....including the new Los Terreros Golf Course which is currently under construction. For the golf enthusiast there are also many more courses within a short drive including Europe's first 'Desert' course at Desert Springs. The nearest larger resort along the coast is Aguilas about 10kms to the north.
