In our recent Property Update newsletter I included a spacious village house that was new on the market and priced at a very reasonable 125.000 euros.  Since then the owners have contacted us to say that they want to sell quickly and as such if the house can be sold within the next 8 weeks they would be willing to accept just 77.000 euros !!

This probably means that this would best suit either a cash buyer or those who already have a mortgage approval in place however we can always investigate the possibility of a mortgage for those who act quickly.
