True, the original price might have been a bit of wishful thinking by the owners at the height of the property boom but even so there is not much else around like this at just 165.000 euros so I think it really is a bargain opportunity.

Depending on how you look at it a positive or negative aspect is that it currently uses solar power rather than mains electricity (no bills!). As this is a fairly limited capacity supply you may prefer to get the mains connected (which is possible) or enhance the current solar system - its up to you and depends on how much power you are likely to need.  Should you require it we can investigate any possible costs.
