Well the only one I can think of is that its not so close to the coast as many of our other properties - probably just over the hour.  However because of this it is a lot closer to the Sierra Nevada ski slopes and the National Park of Sierra Maria.  Its swings and roundabouts really and how often do you go to the coast once you live there anyway?  For most people its only now and again once they are resident!
