Welcome to Property Update No. 27 ............ Under that Magic Figure!

It has become very clear of late that there is a 'Magic Figure' for house prices at the moment.  Above this figure there are very few interested clients as the vast majority are capping their budget at this Magic figure.  Below this figure houses are selling - just take a look at our website to see which have sold and bear in mind that most houses tend to sell below the advertised price.

As such I am focusing this Newsletter at some of the best bargains below 150.000€, or which I believe will sell for under 150.000€

You should also note that the IVA tax on new build properties has been relaxed until the end of 2011 and is now only 4% rather than the usual 8%.  This reduction was introduced by the government as an aid to the construction industry to make new build homes more affordable and to reduce the outstanding backlog of completed houses.  By purchasing a new build such as R01540 or R01269a above before the end of the year you will only pay 4% which for R01269a equates to a 5.400€ saving - certainly not to be sniffed at!
