It has become very clear of late that there is a 'Magic Figure' for house prices at the moment.  Above this figure there are very few interested clients as the vast majority are capping their budget at this Magic figure.  Below this figure houses are selling - just take a look at our website to see which have sold and bear in mind that most houses tend to sell below the advertised price.

So what's this Magic Figure?     ---- 150.000 euros ----

As such I am focusing this Newsletter at some of the best bargains below 150.000€, or which I believe will sell for under 150.000€

These are all resale or new properties that are virtually ready to move into but I will be following this up with a future newsletter on Off-plan properties under 150.000€ which due to the greatly reduced land and labour costs are now very competitively priced against resales and starting to come into their own again.

You should also note that the IVA tax on new build properties has been relaxed until the end of 2011 and is now only 4% rather than the usual 8%.  This reduction was introduced by the government as an aid to the construction industry to make new build homes more affordable and to reduce the outstanding backlog of completed houses.  By purchasing a new build such as R01540 or R01269a above before the end of the year you will only pay 4% which for R01269a equates to a 5.400€ saving - certainly not to be sniffed at!

Las Mimosas now available as a 4 Bedroom Villa

The very affordable 2 bedroom Mimosas at 69.000€ are now available as a spacious 4 bedroom version at a similarly affordable 139.000€



The two remaining Mimosas at the front will be combined into a single villa with a 45m2 living room and double sized kitchen together with a huge roof terrace.  This combination also means a much larger garden with plenty of room for your own pool, lounging space and car parking.  Very good mortgage terms are also available of around 90% (subject to status).
